Pricing questions
How am I billed?
You purchase prepaid tokens through Stripe at 10 tokens per US$1. Tasks deduct tokens from your balance. Current standard billing also includes $49.90 per workspace per month, $88.80 per active member per month, and $1.00 per applicable skill run. Monthly fees are collected on the first billable skill run of the month. Auto-top-up can replenish your balance when enabled. Separately configured enterprise agreements can have different billing rules.
Is there a minimum spend?
The minimum individual top-up is $49.00. The packages above are suggested token amounts, not a new minimum purchase requirement. Monthly workspace and active-member fees still apply to standard billable workspaces.
Can I approve work before it's charged?
Social posting skills can hold drafts for human approval before publication. The per-post charge follows publication, but skill-run and applicable monthly fees can be charged before approval. Approval is not a guarantee that no tokens will be used beforehand.
Do you offer multi-location pricing?
The Enterprise package contains 50,000 tokens for businesses managing larger workloads and multiple locations. Task charges still depend on the work performed. Purchasing this package does not itself enable enterprise fee exemptions or negotiated terms; contact us to discuss a separate agreement.
